※Please note that general use may not be possible in the following cases.

  • When various competitions are held
  • When the facility manager deems it particularly necessary to use the facility
  • When the operation of this facility is disrupted by typhoons or other abnormal weather, wind, water, fire, earthquakes, accidents in the neighborhood, etc.
  • In the event of renovation and repair work being performed on the facility

The days and hours when the museum is closed to the public will be announced on the website, bulletin boards in the museum, flyers, etc. as needed.

Precautions for use of facilities

(1)Admission Restrictions

  • Persons in poor physical condition or those with exercise restrictions will not be admitted.
  • Persons suffering from contagious diseases or under the influence of alcohol will not be admitted.
  • Persons with tattoos or tattoo are not allowed to enter.
  • Other persons who may interfere with the smooth operation of the facility will not be permitted to enter.

(2)Precautions

  • You shall use the facilities at your own risk.
  • Please be careful to avoid accidents and injuries. The facility will not be held responsible for any accidents that occur during use unless there is intentional or gross negligence on the part of the facility. The same shall also apply to problems between users.
  • In the event of an accident, etc., please contact the staff immediately.
  • Alcoholic beverages are not permitted.
  • Users are responsible for their own valuables and locker keys. The facility is not responsible for any theft or loss. Locker use is limited to the day of use. Please take all of your valuables with you when you leave.
    All residual items will be handled as found objects. Items found in the facility will be kept at the facility for approximately one month and then reported to the police.
  • In the event of damage or loss of lockers or locks, the actual cost of repair or replacement will be charged.
  • Please do not engage in any activities that may cause inconvenience to others, dangerous activities, campaigning, solicitation, business activities, or any activities that may damage public health, safety, or morals in the facility.
  • Preschool children (those who have not yet entered elementary school) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (high school student or older, or 16 years of age or older) to enter the museum and use the facilities. (Up to 2 children per guardian).
  • Please refrain from eating outside of the designated areas. Please take your garbage home with you.
  • Smoking is prohibited in the entire building. Smoking is permitted in designated areas outside the building.
  • Users with assistance dogs for the disabled must follow the instructions of the staff.
  • Please refrain from bringing in fire or hazardous materials and pets.
  • Please refrain from taking cameras and videos in the building without permission. (The same applies to the outdoor pool.)
  • In addition to the above descriptions, please observe the precautions for the use of each facility.

  • The summer period is from July 1 to August 31.
  • One coupon ticket is good for 11 visits.
  • Coupon tickets cannot be used by more than two people at a time.
  • High school students must present their student ID card at the general reception desk.
  • Senior citizens are 65 years of age or older. Please present your driver's license, insurance card, etc. to the general receptionist.
  • Disabled persons must present their disability certificate at the reception desk. Admission is free.
  • Up to one caregiver of a disabled person is free of charge.
  • The gym and studio are not available for junior high school students and younger.
  • Admission is free for preschool children (those who have not yet entered elementary school). Please present proof of birth date at the general reception desk.

Precautions for use of facilities

  • There are days and times when the pool and other facilities are closed to the general public, such as when competitions are held or when they are used exclusively by athletic groups. Please check the notices inside the facility and the facility's website before using the facilities.
  • Pool facilities (indoor and outdoor pools) will have a 5 to 10 minute break every hour to prevent accidents and for health management. (except for the main pool and exclusive use).

(1)Indoor swimming pool (main pool, diving pool, sub-pool, indoor leisure pool)

  • Swimsuits and swimming caps must be worn. (The same applies to accompanying parents/guardians.)
  • The main pool is open only to those who are 5th grade elementary school students or older and can swim at least 50 meters.
  • The diving pool is available only to dedicated users, program participants, and those who have been approved for use by the facility.

  • Preschool children (those who have not yet entered elementary school) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (high school student or older, or 16 years of age or older) when using the sub-pools and indoor leisure pools.
    Parents must swim with the swimmers within arm's reach.
    (Up to 2 children per parent/guardian)
  • For children who are not yet in diapers, please wear pants for playing in the water and a swimsuit over it.
  • Please note that the poolside can be slippery when wet.
  • Please refrain from jumping in, diving, disturbing other users, or engaging in any conduct that is undesirable in terms of public morals.
  • No clothing (including footwear) other than swimsuits may be worn in the pool room.
  • Please refrain from bringing watches, cell phones, magazines, etc. into the pool room.
  • Before entering the pool room, please remove jewelry, remove makeup and hair styling products, and take a thorough shower.
  • No one is allowed to enter the water wearing glasses.
  • Please refrain from eating and drinking in the pool room and changing rooms.
  • Beverages (with lids) for hydration may be brought in.
  • Floats (other than the foot-in type), wetsuits, diving masks (except glass), fins, paddles, etc. may only be used in approved areas.
  • Please refrain from swimming if you are not in good physical condition.
  • Please be aware that air bubbles in the Jacuzzi make it difficult to see your feet.
  • Users who do not follow the instructions of the staff may be ordered to leave.
  • Strollers, carrier cars, etc. are not allowed. Infant racks are excluded.

(2)Outdoor leisure pool (summer only)

  • Swimsuits must be worn (as must accompanying parents).
  • Preschool children (those who have not yet entered elementary school) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (high school student or older, or 16 years of age or older) when using the facility. (Up to 2 children per 1 guardian)
  • For children who are not yet in diapers, please wear pants for playing in the water and a swimsuit over it.
  • Strollers, carrier cars, etc. are not allowed. (except for infant racks).
  • Beach balls and floatation rings (other than the type you can put your feet in) may be brought in, but may not be used if the area is crowded or if they may be a nuisance to other users.
  • Please remove makeup, hair styling products, etc. and shower thoroughly before entering.
  • Please do not use sun oil, etc.
  • No food or beverages will be allowed outside of the designated areas.
  • Users who do not follow the instructions of the staff may be ordered to leave.
  • Please note that we reserve the right to cancel the use of the facility due to weather conditions or other reasons. In such cases, the admission fee will not be refunded.
  • Please bring your own trash with you.

(3)Outdoor children's pool (free of charge)

  • The outdoor children's pool is available only for elementary school students and younger.
  • Preschool children (those who have not yet entered elementary school) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (high school student or older, or 16 years of age or older).
  • For children who are not yet in diapers, please wear pants for playing in the water and a swimsuit over it.
  • Strollers, carrier cars, etc. are not allowed. (except for infant racks).
  • Beach balls and floatation rings (other than the type that you can put your feet in) may be brought in, but their use is prohibited when the area is crowded or if they may cause inconvenience to other users.
  • No food or beverages will be allowed outside of the designated areas.
  • Users who do not follow the instructions of the staff may be ordered to leave.

(4)Gym, studio

  • The gym and studio are not available to junior high school students and younger.
  • Please be sure to check your own physical condition before using this service.
  • Please dress appropriately for exercise and be sure to wear indoor sports shoes. Please bring a towel if necessary.
  • Please change in the changing rooms. Please remove all accessories such as necklaces and hanging earrings.
  • Please do not bring in balls, jump ropes, etc.
  • Please refrain from eating and drinking. However, you may bring in beverages (with lids) for rehydration.
  • Always perform sufficient preparatory and organizational exercises before and after training.
  • Please share the use of each piece of training equipment. After using the equipment, please wipe off any dirt (sweat, etc.) with a special towel.
  • Please take off your shoes to use the stretching mats.
  • No "noise," "shouting," "loud talking," etc. are strictly prohibited.

Bath

■Precautions for use

  • Do not wash yourself in the bathtub.

  • Please refrain from washing, swimming, and dyeing hair.
  • Please be careful not to bathe for long periods of time, as it may cause "dizziness" or "lightheadedness".
  • Please refrain from taking a bath if you are not feeling well.
  • Please refrain from wearing swimsuits.
  • Preschool children (those who have not yet entered elementary school) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (high school student or older, or 16 years of age or older).
    Parents and guardians must be within arm's reach to use the room together.

Sauna

■Precautions for use

  • Please note that if the floor is wet, it will become slippery.

  • If you wish to eat or drink in any of the various rooms, please notify the facility manager in advance.
  • Please return tables, etc. to their original positions after use.
  • After use, please clean up after yourself and be sure to take your trash home with you.

Locker room

■Precautions for use

  • Please refrain from eating and drinking.
  • When storing shoes in the lockers, please put them in their own bags, etc.
  • Preschool children (those who have not yet entered elementary school) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (high school student or older, or 16 years of age or older).
    Parents and guardians must be within arm's reach to use the room together.

  • Parking is not available on days the museum is closed.

(2)Precautions for use

  • Entrances and exits will be closed during non-parking hours. Please note that cars will not be able to enter or exit the parking lot.
  • Please follow the signs and indications and drive slowly.
  • The facility is not responsible for any damage to vehicles caused by accidents or disasters in the parking lot.
  • For vehicles left unattended for a long period of time, we will identify the owner of the vehicle and request that the vehicle be picked up after a certain period of time has elapsed.
    In addition, if expenses are incurred due to the vehicle being left unattended for an extended period of time, the actual expenses will be collected.
